August, 2026 — Kaysar Daou, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Phoemx, is advancing a design career shaped by visual storytelling, digital innovation and a growing commitment to strengthening communications across the NGO and humanitarian sectors. From early work in media and communications to building a multidisciplinary creative ecosystem, Daou’s journey reflects an expanding approach to design that combines strategy, technology and social impact.
Daou holds a BA in Graphic Design and began his professional career with Mentor Arabia, a regional nonprofit organization focused on youth development. His responsibilities placed him at the center of high-profile regional communications, where he led creative direction and visual production for major events, including gala dinners in Jordan and Qatar attended by international and regional figures such as Queen Silvia of Sweden, Queen Rania of Jordan, Sheikha Moza bint Nasser and Prince Turki bin Talal. That experience helped shape his understanding of how strong visual communication can support organizations working on complex social issues.
Today, Daou serves as Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Phoemx, a Lebanese holding ecosystem developed alongside Co-Founder and CEO Anthony Abi Zeid. Phoemx brings together three specialized pillars: Leoceros, focused on creative and digital innovation; Doloctopus, centered on training and consulting; and Antrabit, dedicated to events management. The ecosystem emerged organically, beginning with Leoceros during the COVID era, followed by Doloctopus, the creation of Phoemx as the umbrella organization, and most recently the addition of Antrabit.
The evolution of Phoemx has increasingly centered Daou’s work on organizations whose missions require clear, accessible and emotionally resonant communication. A central focus is addressing a persistent communication gap in the humanitarian field, where organizations may be delivering critical programs but lack the visual language needed to make their work understandable, memorable and widely accessible. His portfolio includes work connected with UNFPA, Save the Children, Oxfam, TUI Care Foundation, ABAAD and other regional and international organizations. His practice spans creative direction, branding, motion graphics, illustration, concept art, animation, video editing, website and digital experience design, and AI-powered creative production.
Beyond client work, Daou is also the host of Bel Arabe Mnehke, a fully Arabic interactive podcast built around an original card game designed to generate spontaneous conversations about educational and professional topics. The first season has concluded, with a second season currently in development, extending his broader interest in creative education and accessible knowledge-sharing.
As design, artificial intelligence and digital communications continue to converge, Daou’s work positions visual creativity as more than presentation. Through Phoemx and his independent creative practice, he continues developing systems, experiences and narratives intended to help organizations communicate important work with greater clarity, relevance and impact.
