PITTSBURGH, PA — Pittsburgh’s Department of Mobility and Infrastructure has released its street milling and paving schedule for the week of August 31 as the city continues its 2026 resurfacing program.
The city said 11 street segments are scheduled for milling. They include Beechwood Boulevard from Gettysburg Street to Fifth Avenue; Cassina Way from Brushton Avenue to North Richland Street; Mulford Street from Brushton Avenue to Hamilton Avenue; Multi Way from Hamilton Avenue to Formosa Way; and Mohler Street from Ferris Court to Brushton Avenue.
Other milling work is planned on Short Street, Monticello Street, Turrett Street, Whittier Street and two sections of Gem Way.
The paving list includes 10 segments. Newett Street, Yale Drive and Spokane Avenue are scheduled for paving, along with Beechwood Boulevard, Cassina Way, Mulford Street, Multi Way, Mohler Street, Short Street and Monticello Street.
Officials cautioned that the schedule is subject to change or postponement because of weather or other factors. The city said its resurfacing program also supports ADA curb-ramp upgrades and repairs to concrete, brick and block-stone streets, while mechanical patching addresses trouble spots on otherwise serviceable corridors.
