Suspect Arrested in 2025 Middle Hill Homicide, Pittsburgh Officials Say

PITTSBURGH, PA — Pittsburgh public safety officials say a 46-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a 2025 homicide in the Middle Hill neighborhood.

City officials said Pittsburgh SWAT and Fugitive Apprehension Unit detectives arrested Orlando Williams of Pittsburgh without incident on Sept. 2 at an apartment in the 2100 block of Brownsville Road.

Williams is charged with criminal homicide, conspiracy, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, carrying a firearm without a license, and criminal mischief, according to the City of Pittsburgh Public Safety Blotter.

Officials said Williams is being held in the Allegheny County Jail. The charges are allegations, and he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

The case stems from a Nov. 16, 2025 homicide in Middle Hill. The City linked its original incident report with the arrest update.
