Pittsburgh DOMI Continues Milling and Paving Work Across City Streets

PITTSBURGH, PA — The City of Pittsburgh Department of Mobility and Infrastructure is continuing its 2026 milling and paving program next week, with crews scheduled on streets across several neighborhoods.

The city said streets set for milling include Armandale Street from Wolpert Way to Buena Vista Street, Brighton Road from Eloise Street to North Taylor Avenue, Mairdale Avenue from Perrysville Avenue to Hewitt Street, Railroad Street from Eazor Square to 31st Street, and Penn Avenue from 12th Street to 15th Street, among other locations.

Paving work is also planned for Daisy Way from Veteran Street to Sherlock Street, Federal Street from Lafayette Avenue to Mercy Street, Armandale Street, Mero Way, Aquatic Way, Brighton Road, Pemberton Street, Hertzog Way, Orchlee Street, and Mairdale Avenue.

Officials noted that the weekly schedule can change or be postponed because of weather or other factors. The city directs residents to the online resurfacing schedule for the latest street-by-street timing.

The resurfacing program supports asphalt street work, ADA curb ramp upgrades on paved streets, and repairs to concrete, brick and block stone streets. The city said additional mileage will be resurfaced through cooperation agreements with local public utilities, while mechanical patching will address trouble spots on streets that are otherwise in acceptable condition.
