City of Pittsburgh Lists Streets Scheduled for Milling and Paving Next Week

PITTSBURGH, PA — The City of Pittsburgh said the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure will continue the 2026 street resurfacing program next week, according to a bulletin sent Friday afternoon.

The city said streets scheduled for milling include Bigham Road, Pawnee Street, McDade Way, Knowlton Way, Hassler Street, Whitewood Drive, Cedarbrook Drive, Hillboro Street, Arletta Way, Robina Street, Minton Street, Hayson Avenue and Red Oak Drive.

The bulletin said paving is scheduled on Rhine Street, Spring Garden Avenue, Homer Street, Mardale Avenue, Orchlee Street, Hertzog Way, Tay Way and Penn Avenue.

Among the listed limits, Penn Avenue is scheduled from 15th Street to 12th Street, while Bigham Road is scheduled from Grandview Avenue to Omaha Street. The city also said the full schedule is available online.

Officials said streets and dates are subject to change or may be postponed because of weather or other factors. The city said the resurfacing program supports asphalt street resurfacing, ADA curb ramp upgrades on paved streets, and repairs of concrete, brick and block stone streets throughout Pittsburgh.

The bulletin also said additional mileage will be resurfaced through cooperation agreements with local public utilities, and mechanical patching will be used to address trouble spots on otherwise acceptable street corridors.
