PITTSBURGH, PA — The City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Mobility and Infrastructure will continue its 2026 street resurfacing program during the week of August 24, with one section scheduled for milling and 10 streets slated for paving.
Beechwood Boulevard from Gettysburg Street to Fifth Avenue is scheduled to be milled.
The city listed the following paving work:
- Brookline Boulevard from Starkamp Street to Whited Street
- Unis Way from Civic Way to the dead end
- Civic Way from Sussex Avenue to Cedric Avenue
- Effort Way from La Moine Street to the dead end
- Catalpa Street from Belasco Avenue to Fallowfield Avenue
- Candace Street from Broadway Avenue to Broadway Avenue
- Goff Street from Ballinger Street to Petunia Street
- Altaview Avenue from Lynnbrook Avenue to the dead end
- Eben Street from Breining Street to Creedmoor Place
- Wareman Avenue from Hobson Street to Wilkes Way
DOMI said the schedule may change or be postponed because of weather or other factors. Pittsburgh’s resurfacing program also supports ADA curb-ramp upgrades, repairs to concrete, brick and block-stone streets, utility-coordinated resurfacing, and mechanical patching of isolated trouble spots.
