Pittsburgh DOMI Lists Streets for Next Week’s Milling and Paving Work

PITTSBURGH, PA — The City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Mobility and Infrastructure is continuing its 2026 milling and paving program next week, according to an official city update published Thursday.

The city said Carnahan Road, from Krisopp Avenue to Banksville Avenue, is scheduled for milling. Streets scheduled for paving include Tay Way from Pierce Street to Maryland Avenue, Bigham Road from Grandview Avenue to Omaha Street, Pawnee Street from Meridan Street to the dead end, Knowlton Way from McDade Way to Sparta Street, Hassler Street from Phoenix Street to Herschel Street, and Whitewood Drive from Steuben Street to Arnold Street.

DOMI also listed Cedarbrook Drive and Kentmoor Drive from Whitewood Drive to their dead ends, Hillboro Street from Lanpark Street to Chartiers Avenue, Arletta Way from Citadel Street to Adon Street, Robina Street from Sherwood Avenue to the dead end, Minton Street from Glen Mawr Street to Zephyr Avenue, Hayson Avenue from Silver Oak Drove to the dead end, and Red Oak Drive from Hayston Street to the dead end.

Other paving locations include Armandale Street and Eloise Street from nearby ways to Buena Vista Street, Mero Way from Brighton Road to Buena Vista Street, Brightridge Street from Holyoke Street to N Charles Street, and Hertzog Way from Fleming Avenue to the dead end. The city said street schedules and dates can change or be postponed because of weather or other factors.

The resurfacing program supports asphalt street resurfacing, ADA curb ramp upgrades on paved streets, and repair of concrete, brick and block stone streets across Pittsburgh. The city said additional mileage will be resurfaced through cooperation agreements with local public utilities, while mechanical patching will target trouble spots on otherwise acceptable street corridors.
