PITTSBURGH, PA — Pittsburgh police are investigating after an adult man suffering from multiple stab wounds flagged down Zone 5 officers Wednesday evening, according to the city’s Public Safety Department.
Officers encountered the injured man at about 6:30 p.m. at South St. Clair Street and Eva Street. Preliminary information indicates an altercation began in Enright Park and became physical, officials said.
Police officers immediately rendered aid at the scene before Pittsburgh EMS transported the man to a hospital.
Detectives are continuing the investigation. City officials did not include the victim’s condition or information about a possible suspect in the release.
